Job summary

All Care Services is hiring a Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes across Basingstoke, Aldershot, Andover, Farnborough, Fleet and Hook. You will provide personal care, prepare meals, assist with daily tasks, and offer companionship to help clients regain independence.

No prior experience needed as we provide comprehensive training in a friendly, supportive team and offer stable hours with paid induction and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• No experience required – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in the Farnborough area.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation and light household tasks.

Salary: £13.52 - £14.04 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Farnborougharea helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role,Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
