Job Description

• Minimum one-hour visits- giving you time as a Care Assistant to build genuine connections with clients
• Continuity of care- as our Care Assistant, you'll work with the same clients regularly, building meaningful relationships
• Personalised matching- we pair each Care Assistant with clients based on your unique skills, interests, and personality

• Provide companionshipby engaging in meaningful conversations and offering emotional support.
• Assist with daily livingtasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
• Deliver personal carewith compassion, dignity, and respect, ensuring our clients feel their best.
• Encourage physical activityand exercises to promote wellbeing and independence.

Qualifications

To be eligible for an interview, you must:

• Live in the postcodes of:BN20, BN21, BN22, BN23, BN24, BN26, BN27, TN21 0
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Access to reliable means of transportation to travel between clients is essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle ispreferred but not essential
• Have a genuine passion for caring for others
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• A warm, empathetic nature - essential for any Care Assistant
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
