Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join their team at Heffle Court, a 41-bedded Nursing, Dementia & Residential care Home in Heathfield, East Sussex. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families. The Care Assistant role involves providing high-quality care and support to the residents in their everyday lives. Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to the residents of Heffle Court. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure the residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The role requires empathy, respect, and a growth mindset, as you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team. You will work 36 hours per week, with 3 x 12-hour night shifts and alternate weekends required.
