About The Role
We have opportunities for Care Assistant roles. The main responsibility of the job is to deliver a high standard of care to our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
All posts offered are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS or PVG disclosure.
About You
As a Care Assistant, you will be passionate about delivering first-class care and show patience, kindness, and understanding towards our residents. Assisting residents with immediate needs such as washing, dressing, and maintaining their hygiene is a key part of the role. The role also involves getting to know residents personally and providing emotional support.
This role suits someone who is caring, friendly, and empathetic. You should be able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and ensure our residents retain their dignity and individuality. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
It is desirable to have a S/NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) or be willing to undertake training to achieve this qualification.
