Job summary

SeeMe Hired Ltd is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our care home team in Peterlee. You will supervise junior staff, implement individualised care plans, and ensure residents receive high-quality care with dignity.

You will communicate with residents and families, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing training while upholding health and safety standards in a residential and nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior care role is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with IT systems used for record keeping and communication within the care home setting is advantageous.
