Hill Care is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our residential and nursing care team. You will supervise junior staff, implement individualised care plans, and ensure residents receive dignified daily support.

You will maintain accurate records, administer medications where appropriate, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a senior care role is essential.
  • Strong leadership and the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with IT systems used for record keeping and communication within the care home is advantageous.
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care is required.
