Qualifications

  • Competent in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
  • Valid driving licence is preferred but not essential; willingness to travel between sites if required
  • Knowledge of care plans, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents
