Job summary

BCG is seeking a Care Assistant in Perth to make a rewarding difference in residents' lives. You will care for residents like family, supporting their physical, psychological, and social needs to deliver quality care. You will assist with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and meals, while maintaining dignity and individuality.

Successful candidates will undergo PVG checks and references, and must be authorised to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!
