Job summary

Fairfield Enriched Living in Oxford is seeking a Care Assistant to join our warm, supportive team. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, encourage independence and help create a homely environment where people feel valued.

No formal qualifications are required, though NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is an advantage; basic IT skills are useful for electronic care planning. Hours are to be agreed and pay is hourly.

Care Assistant

Location: Oxford

Hourly rate: £13.91 per hour or £14.54 with NVQ2 or equivalent.

Hours: to be agreed
