Job summary

Fairfield in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents, building trusting relationships and contributing to a warm, dignified living environment where residents feel valued, respected and able to be themselves.

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team focused on empathy, reliability and teamwork. No formal qualifications are required, though NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is an advantage; hourly rate is £13.91 per hour or £14.54 with NVQ2, hours to be agreed.

Professional Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• A well-groomed and tidy appearance.
• No formal qualifications are required.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is an advantage.
• Basic IT skills, with the ability to complete the requirements of an electronic Plan of Care system.
• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
