Job summary

SPRINGCARE LTD is seeking caring and reliable staff to provide daily support to residents in a UK care home. You will assist with personal care, meals, activities, and maintaining tidy living spaces, ensuring residents feel safe and valued.

The role involves day or night shifts on permanent contracts, with DBS and right-to-work checks, and opportunities for training and career progression within the organisation.

Job description

Daily Tasks

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Shift Patterns

• Day Shift Contracts:
  • 8am until 8pm
  • 8am until 2pm
  • 2pm until 8pm
• Night Shift Contracts:
  • 8pm until 8am

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Qualities

Requirements

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
