Job summary

Nightingale Homecare is hiring Home Care Workers in Norwich. You will provide personalised help to clients in their own homes, promoting dignity and independence. Training is provided, and no prior care experience is required.

We value a kind, reliable approach, good communication, and a positive mindset. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's individual needs, including:

• Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assisting with medication.
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks.
• Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and social activities.
• Helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

You’ll also need:
