Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Care Assistant for Erskine Hall Care Home in Northwood. The role involves supporting residents with companionship and personal care and ensuring documentation and care plans meet regulatory standards.

You will assist with residents' nutrition, provide engaging activities, and work flexible day shifts (8am–8pm) including alternate weekends. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Care Assistant – Erskine Hall Care Home, Northwood HA6 3PA

Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour depending on experience

Day shifts available 8am – 8pm. Must be flexible to work between Monday – Sunday including alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
