Job summary

Homeinsteadcare is seeking caring individuals to provide companionship and practical support to clients in Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach and surrounding areas. You will drive between visits and work between 6 to 30 hours per week with various shifts.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. A full UK driving licence and access to a private vehicle are essential for this on-the-road role.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.

• Must live within 15 miles of Northwich and be willing to drive for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and home help to clients.
• Assist clients with daily activities and personal support.
• Help clients travel to routine appointments and days out.
• Prompt and remind clients to take medications.
• Maintain records of tasks completed and provide feedback for care.

You MUST live in or around the Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach area and drive to be considered for this role!

You are required to provide care for our clients who live in Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach and surrounding areas.

Shift patterns : Morning shifts 08:00am-14:00pm or Late shifts 15:30pm-21:30pm. You will be required to work Alternative weekends

Role responsibilities

• Supporting clients with daily task, such as companionship and home help
• Assisting clients with a verity of personal support.
• Support them to travel to routine appointments and days out
• Prompt/support them to take their medication(s)
• Build a supporting relationship with clients and their wider family
• Document when you have completed your tasks
• Provide feedback to support the client's ongoing person-centred care
