Universal Care Services is seeking caring Care Assistants to support clients in their daily living at home across West Northamptonshire. You will assist with meal prep, medication prompts and general domestic tasks, while providing companionship and encouraging client involvement in care planning.
Flexible shift patterns, development opportunities including NVQ qualifications, and a supportive team environment await you. Prior care experience is not required, and all backgrounds are welcome.
This is a community-based role so UK driving licence, access to your own car and business insurance is essential.
