Job summary

Universal Care Services is seeking caring carers to support clients in Burntwood, Chasetown, Norton Canes, Cannock and surrounding areas. The role involves helping with daily living tasks, personal care and companionship, with a focus on dignity and respect.

You will follow structured rounds, ensure accurate visit reporting, and contribute to care planning with a proactive, compassionate approach. A UK driving license and access to a car are required.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care

• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
