Universal Care Services in Cambridge and surrounding areas is hiring Care Assistants. Join a team focused on daily living support, personal care, companionship, and helping residents maintain independence with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with daily life tasks, including meal support, hydration, medication prompts and general household tasks within the home.
• Assisting residents with personal care.
• Providing companionship, comfort and emotional reassurance.
• Encouraging residents to take an active role in decisions about their care and daily activities.
• Recording and reporting care notes and observations accurately.
• Supporting residents with mobility, rehabilitation and confidence-building activities where appropriate.

What You’ll Do
