Job summary

Join Cera Care in Moreton as a carer, delivering compassionate in-home care to clients in their own homes across the community. You will assist with personal care, meals, and medications, visiting clients at various local addresses, with a driving licence and vehicle preferred for travel between visits.

We provide all training needed to excel, and offer flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights with every other weekend off. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Visit clients in their own homes for community-based care.
• Assist with personal care, medication and meals as part of daily support.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in Seacombe, Egremont, Poulton, Liscard, Moreton and surrounding areas by delivering in-home care.
• Travel between client visits and coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.

The Role:

Supporting clients in Seacombe, Egremont, Poulton, Liscard, Wallasey Village, New Brighton, Leasowe, Moreton, Oxton, Rock Ferry, Tranmere, Claughton, Upton, Woodchurch, Birkenhead North and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
