This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more. We care for and support people of all ages in the community and their homes, with conditions like spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges. You will make a positive impact on your clients' lives while developing your skills and knowledge.
Join us as a Complex Care Assistant to develop your skills in caring for individuals with complex needs. Full nurse-led training will be provided. No complex care experience is required. We value care, compassion, and resilience. Some experience in community or care home settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
