Hampshire County Council is seeking a Care Assistant to support daily living and provide compassionate, person-centred care in our older adults homes. You will help residents with daily activities, promote independence and build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.
Experience in social care is not essential; values and motivation to deliver high-quality care are key. Weekend and bank holiday work is paid as per policy, with opportunities for development within the care team.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
