Bupa's The Springs Care Home in Malvern is hiring a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents. This permanent role is 33 hours per week with day shifts from 8am to 8pm, including alternate weekends.

You will work closely with a supportive team, delivering personal, social and clinical care, building trusting relationships and reporting changes to the nurse or senior carer. We offer training and a range of wellness and financial perks to help you grow in a role that makes health

Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour dependent on experience

Permanent contract 33 hours days

8am - 8pm. Shift pattern includes alternate weekends.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting change
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
