Bupa’s The Springs Care Home in Malvern is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care for residents. You’ll work 33 hours per week, 8am–8pm, with alternate weekends, within a supportive team dedicated to helping residents live their best lives.

Experience in care is valued; training on new digital care tools will be provided to help you focus on resident well-being and relationships.

Care Assistant The Springs Care Home, 27 Spring Lane, Malvern, WR14 1AL Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour dependent on experience Permanent contract 33 hours days 8am - 8pm. Shift pattern includes alternate weekends.

We’ll also train you on all aspects of our new digital care, transforming how you work, making things easier and letting you focus on care for our residents. It’s an excited time to be with us.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting change
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
