Job summary

Care By Us Ltd in Luton is seeking a compassionate care worker to support a Young Adult client with epilepsy and development delays at home. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities and manage medications under supervised guidance.

No prior experience required as full nurse-led training and induction are provided. This role offers a supportive, people-first environment with opportunities for career growth.

Job Description

What you will do:

You will be supporting a Client with a congenital condition which means they suffer from epilepsy and development delays.

Our client is an Young Adult living at home with their parents and siblings, one of whom also has complex needs supported by our team.

You will need to help support them with personal care including incontinence management, enteral (PEG feeding) feeds, medication management, seizure management and domestic duties.

Our client loves spending time with their family, playing with their toys and watching their favourite films too!

Qualifications

What we need:

Previous experience is not essential for this position, as full Nurse-led training is available. This role would benefit from someone with good communication, empathy and the ability to work in a fast-paced home!
