Excelcare in London’s Lime Tree Care Home is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with meals, personal care and documentation. You will contribute to daily activities, promoting independence, dignity and respect for every resident.

The role covers 8am-8pm days and 8pm-8am nights with every other weekend. A generous hourly rate and benefits package reflect your commitment and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment is preferred.
• Caring and kind approach to elderly residents.
• Willingness to work with older people and be part of a team.

Responsabilités

Excelcare is a familyowned Care Home group established for over 34 years.We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. • Salary: £13,45 - £13.85 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
• 36/48 hours a week on days Monday -Sunday including every other weekend
• Hours: 8am-8pm (days)/8pm-8am (nights) and every other weekend

About the role:

As a Care Assistant you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care and completing current and appropriate documentation which includes daily record keeping, charts and care plans. You will be engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home as well as always promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

What we are looking for from you:

Experience in a care environment either in a care home, as a home care worker or caring for a loved one would be ideal, however if you have a caring and kind approach and the desire to work with older people become one of the Excelcare family.
