• Providing high-quality care in Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist settings.
• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
• Supporting residents emotionally and socially, respecting their dignity and individuality.
• Recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and reporting concerns appropriately.
