Providing Quality Care
Bluebird Care started as a small family business in 2004, and today we are proud to be one of the largest providers of home care services across the UK. But what makes us different?
We’re committed to keeping people in the comfort of their own home, so we help with anything from everyday tasks around our customers’ homes through to complex care needs. We appreciate that every customer is different, and this is why every day will be different
Here at Bluebird, we strive to deliver excellent quality care and support that values the whole person rather than merely seeing a list of care needs. Each person is unique, which is why we develop care plans specifically tailored to our customers and their needs. This may include any of the following:
- Providing personal care duties such as showering, dressing, toileting and continence care.
- Administering/assisting with medication
- Support with any dietary needs and fluid intake
- Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
- Light household tasks such as hoovering, laundry and dishes
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
To provide excellent quality care, we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient to join our team. Full training and support are provided to all our care assistants. All you need to get started is:
- A full UK drivers license
- Access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent level of English
We understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for, which is why we offer a choice between full-time and part-time roles. Although we always try being flexible where possible, alternative weekends are a requirement.
So, what do we offer you?
- An excellent pay rate of £13.75 weekdays and £14.25 weekends
- Full training induction and a 12-week mentor
- Ongoing training and support
- Smartphone technology so you can do everything at the tap of a finger
