Job DescriptionAs a Care Professional, you'll provide tailored, unhurried support that makes a real difference. Your daily visits could include:
Companionship – chatting, sharing stories, reducing loneliness
Personal care – supporting with washing, dressing, and hygiene
Medication assistance – prompting or helping with prescribed medication
Meal preparation – helping clients enjoy healthy meals
Light housekeeping – tidying, laundry, and keeping homes safe
Mobility support – helping with walking, gentle exercise, or movement
Errands and outings – driving to appointments, shopping, or social events
All visits are a minimum of one hour, so there’s time to build trust and deliver care that feels personal and meaningful.
