Bradley Hall Care Home in Beaumont Leys, Leicester, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans to promote dignity and safety.

This role welcomes both experienced carers and newcomers, offering full training, ongoing development and a comprehensive benefits package including paid DBS, uniform, and generous annual leave.

About Bradley Hall Care Home Bradley Hall Care Home is a care home located in Beaumont Leys, Leicester, just a short distance from Leicester city centre. Providing residential and dementia care, the home has a welcoming environment focused on promoting independence, with stylish living spaces, comfortable en suite bedrooms and a range of dedicated areas for Residents to enjoy activities and socialise. Colleagues work together to provide high quality, person centred care while supporting Residents to live active and fulfilling lives.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.45 to £13.95 per hour
• Bank Nights
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday.

This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued.

By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
