Job summary

Nurse Seekers Ltd. is recruiting a compassionate Care Assistant for a well-established residential home in Blackpool. You will work day or night shifts, delivering person-centered care and supporting residents’ independence and dignity, while keeping accurate care records.

The role offers permanent contracts with flexible full or part-time hours and pays £13–£13.50 per hour. Training, supervision and progression opportunities are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 qualification (or above) in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience working within a residential or nursing care setting.
• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable, organised and professional attitude.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining accurate care records.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
