Job summary

Nurse Seekers are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join a high-quality residential care home in Blackpool (Marton Moss). The role offers day or night shifts, permanent positions and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45–£13.50.

We are seeking compassionate, patient individuals with a Level 2 in Health & Social Care and experience in a care setting. You will support residents with dignity, promote wellbeing and work well within a team.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 qualification (or above) in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience working within a residential or nursing care setting.
• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable, organised and professional attitude.
