Job summary

Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant to provide compassionate support in clients’ homes. Full training is provided, with no prior experience needed, and flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle.

You’ll help people live independently, stay safe, and feel cared for, with mileage paid between calls and access to earning advances where available. Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
