This role is for a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at Holmwood Care Centre, a 60-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home in Kidderminster. The role offers full-time hours working alternate weekends, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.60.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Holmwood Care Centre. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement, to ensure the residents' well-being and comfort. The role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, as well as a commitment to delivering person-centered care. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, where they can grow both professionally and personally.
