Athena Care Homes in Ipswich is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents at Avocet Court Care Home on Monmouth Close.
The role involves delivering care, assisting with meals, participating in activities, and ensuring care plans reflect individual needs. The position offers 44 hours per week on a 12-hour rota, with a starting hourly rate of £12.71. We support career progression with funded apprenticeships towards NVQ Level 2 or 3.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Care Assistant will provide high quality care to residents at all times paying attention to their specific and individual needs. You will participate in meaningful activities when possible, and ensure that care plans are appropriate to each resident’s needs.
