Job summary

TipTopJob in Holt, Norfolk, is recruiting a committed Support Worker for a brand-new care home delivering residential, dementia, respite and nursing care.

This permanent full-time role offers 36 hours per week with day or night shifts, paying GBP14.50 per hour and GBP27,144 per annum. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required, with generous benefits including pension, paid training, and enhanced rates for bank holidays.

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others

Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP14.50 per hour and the annual salary of GBP27,144 per annum.
