Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a committed Support Worker to join an exceptional care home delivering the highest quality residential and dementia care. You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and engage residents in daily activities. NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required to be considered.

The role is a permanent full-time position on a 36-hour week with days. Comprehensive induction and paid training, enhanced bank holiday rates, and recognition

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Liverpool, Merseyside area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a fantastic care home which combines spacious and luxurious accommodation with a beautiful setting in Liverpool providing the highest quality residential and residential dementia care

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

As the Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly.
