Excelcare Holdings Ltd in Huntingdon is seeking a Care Assistant for Hunters Down Care Home to provide physical, emotional and social support to residents.

You will assist with mealtimes and personal care, maintain daily records and care plans, and help residents participate in meaningful activities while promoting independence, dignity and respect. The role includes night shifts (8pm–8am) on a full-time basis and requires availability for alternate weekends.

Job description

As a Care Assistant at our Hunters Down Care Home in Huntingdon, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support. Your dedication, reliability and support will make a difference every day., As a Care Assistant you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care and completing current and appropriate documentation which includes daily record keeping, charts and care plans. You will be engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home as well as always promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

• £13.45 per hour - £13.85 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
• 48 Hours a Week Full-time Nights vacancy available.
• Night shifts from 8pm - 8am, Monday - You must be able to work alternate weekends., 28 Days holiday including bank holidays
