At Hightown, we are a housing charity that builds homes and supports people. Located in Newton Longville, near Bletchley, Milton Keynes, we provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities.
We are seeking dedicated new Care Assistants to join our team, individuals who embody the right values, behaviors, and attitudes to make a difference.

We provide comprehensive training and support, including a qualification in health and social care if you do not already possess one.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles (22.5 hours, 30 hours, and 37.5 hours per week).
Typical shift rotas are from 0700 to 1500 or 1400 to 2200, including some weekend work.
Applicants must have a full UK driving license for this role.
About the Role
You will empower our service users to lead the lives they want by supporting their involvement in the community and maintaining relationships with friends and family. Activities may include visits to the cinema, attending church, or participating in leisure activities.
You will join a supportive, communicative team capable of engaging with residents who are mainly non-verbal or have limited verbal communication skills. The role includes providing personal care and assistance with eating and drinking. It is a challenging yet rewarding role where you can truly be the difference in someone's life.
To be considered, you must have the right to work in the UK, a valid UK driving license, and access to a car. You should also be comfortable providing personal care, including toileting and dressing.
