Your role at Signature

Bring your compassion and uniqueness to this role. Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, interesting, and rewarding, from general care to specialist dementia care. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility. You’ll help them feel at home in their apartments. Enjoy activities like bingo, shopping, and live music with residents. Develop strong relationships with residents and their families.

You’ll respect residents’ choices, dignity, and independence at all times. You’ll also contribute to developing residents' Care Plans, noting any specialist support needs.

What Signature Offer

• From £13.10 per hour
• Full-time hours only (34.5 or 46 hours per week)
• Day shift times: 08.00 am - 08.00 pm
• Flexibility for alternate weekends required
• Up to 30 days annual leave, starting at 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service
