We're hiring both part-time and full-time care assistants to support clients in Glenrothes, Leven, Methil, Windygates and the surrounding areas. Shifts are flexible—mornings, days, evenings, and nights—with every other weekend off to support a healthy work-life balance.

Whether you've worked in care, looked after a loved one, or simply love supporting others, we value your compassion, patience, and dedication. You'll receive all the training you need to succeed.
Your role may include help with personal care (such as washing, dressing, and continence), medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic support. Most importantly, you'll provide companionship, reassurance, and joy.
We use Cera Tech to support our teams—cutting-edge technology that reduces admin, predicts care needs, and enables better, faster decision-making. With fewer hospitalisations and better outcomes, our carers can focus on what matters most.
