Job summary

All Care Services is recruiting Care Assistants to support older adults at home across Farnborough and surrounding towns. You will help clients regain independence and enjoy a higher quality of life in their familiar surroundings.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and induction are provided. This community-based role offers flexible hours and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• No experience needed; full training provided.
• Travel required; drivers with a full UK licence and own vehicle are preferred.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.
• Support independence and quality of life in the Farnborough area.
• Follow care plans, maintain records, and communicate with the team.
