Call-In Homecare Limited is seeking a caring Home Care Assistant to join our Falkirk team. This role offers guaranteed hours, full paid training, and flexible shift patterns across mornings, evenings, and bank shifts.

You'll support clients in their own homes across Falkirk and nearby areas, delivering personal care, meals, medication prompts, and daily tasks. Full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred, but walking routes are also available.

Competenze

• Good level of English is required.
• Willing to work various shifts including mornings, evenings and bank shifts.
• No previous care experience required; full training provided.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily activities such as meal prep and housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and support clients to stay independent at home.
• Support care planning and record daily visit information accurately.
• Maintain compassionate and respectful communication with clients and families.

What We Are Looking For

• Kind, caring and compassionate people
• Good level of English
• The ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
