Job summary

Call-In Homecare is seeking Home Care Assistants for Motherwell & Wishaw in a permanent role with guaranteed hours and flexible shifts. No previous experience required as full paid training is provided, and you will help clients stay independent at home.

We offer weekly pay, mileage allowance, pension, and a supportive team environment focused on community care and development. Driving licence is preferred but not essential, and shift patterns maximise your time off.

• Kind, caring and compassionate person.

• Ability to commit to contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence preferred, car advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, meal prep, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Support clients to participate in planning and delivering their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

What We Are Looking For

• Kind, caring and compassionate people

• The ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
