Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is seeking a Home Care Assistant to join our team in the Motherwell & Wishaw area. The role offers guaranteed hours, full paid training, and a mix of full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings or bank shifts. You will support clients at home and promote independence.

No prior experience is required; we welcome applicants from various sectors and provide comprehensive training. Weekly pay, mileage allowance, and a supportive team accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate approach.
• Good level of English.
• Commitment to one contracted shift pattern.
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred; business insurance is a plus.
• Experience not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (meal prep, prompts for medications, domestic support).
• Assist with personal care of clients.
• Support clients to participate in planning and delivery of their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Skills

Good level of English

Full UK driving licence

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
