Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support in Esher and surrounding areas. The role is flexible in terms of hours and focuses on companionship, personal care, and practical help with daily tasks, with full training provided.

You'll build trusted relationships with clients, promote independence, and ensure safety and comfort in their homes. A driving licence and own transport are preferred, but not always required depending on shifts offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.

• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
