Signature Senior Lifestyle at Ascot is seeking a Care Assistant to join our luxury care and nursing home team. The role offers flexible full and part-time hours, with opportunities to contribute to person-centred care and activities that bring joy to residents.

You will support residents with daily tasks, promote independence and help create a warm home environment. No experience is required, but good communication and IT skills are helpful, and an NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is a strong

Job description

You’ll be part of a caring, supportive team with exciting career development opportunities, and flexible full and part-time hours, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Care Assistant at our luxury care and nursing home in Ascot.

What you will do

Signature at Ascot are holding weekly drop in sessions on Wednesdays from 12pm to 3pm. You can pop in at any time and meet our friendly team, there will be opportunities to have a look around our beautifulhome and speak to our teams about opportunities we have available. If you bring your updated CV you may be able to have an interview on the day!

We’ll need you to bring your compassion and uniqueness to this role. Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, interesting and rewarding, from general care right through to specialist dementia care. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and getting around. You’ll help them make their apartments feel like home. You’ll enjoy their favourite activities with them, like bingo, shopping and live music. You’ll develop strong relationships with the individuals you work with, and their families.

You’ll be respectful of residents’ choices, dignity and independence, always. You’ll also be integral to developing residents Care Plans, which includes being aware of any specialist support needs.

• From £13.75 per hour
• Part Time (Days 23.5 hours / Nights 24.5 hours)
• Full Time (Days 35.25 hours / Nights 36.75 hours)
