Job summary

Constance Care (PartofCCH Group) in East Kilbride is hiring Care Professionals to visit vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity with compassionate support. We offer guaranteed hours contracts up to 30 hours per week with total flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, or full/part-time.

No car needed—electric bikes and walking routes are provided to travel between clients, supported by a friendly Blantyre branch team.

Qualifications

• Paid training provided to all new carers.
• No prior care experience required; compassionate and reliable individuals welcome.
• Ability to communicate with clients and provide companionship.

Responsibilities

• Visit vulnerable adults in their own homes in East Kilbride area.

Job Description

What will you be doing?

You will be the highlight of someone’s day. As a Care Professional, you’ll be visiting vulnerable adults in the East Kilbride community in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. No two days are exactly the same, but your day might include:

• Helping someone get ready for the day with a bright 'good morning' (assisting with washing and dressing).
• Preparing a hearty breakfast or lunch.
• Most importantly, providing a listening ear, a friendly chat, and a bit of much-needed companionship.
