Job summary

Constance Care (Part of CCH Group) in Rutherglen is seeking Care Professionals to visit vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. You will bring a warm chat and practical support to brighten someone’s day.

No previous care experience is required because we offer full, paid training. We provide up to 30 guaranteed hours per week with flexible shifts, mileage paid, and a friendly, supportive regional team.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full paid training provided.
• Flexible working hours including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Visit vulnerable adults in their own homes in Rutherglen to support independence and dignity.
• Provide a listening ear and friendly companionship.

What will you be doing?

You will be the highlight of someone's day. As a Care Professional, you'll be visiting vulnerable adults in Rutherglen thecommunity in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. No two days are exactly the same, but your day might include:

• Helping someone get ready for the day with a bright 'good morning' (assisting with washing and dressing).
• Preparing a hearty breakfast or lunch.
• Prompting medication.
• Most importantly, providing a listening ear, a friendly chat, and a bit of much-needed companionship.
