About The Role

Please note this vacancy is for bank hours and late shifts only.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Delivering care from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality, whether assisting those with limited mobility, providing emotional support to distressed residents, or caring for those at the end of their life, your focus will always be their wellbeing.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
