Job summary

Bluebird Care Dudley, Kidderminster & Malvern is looking for a Care Assistant to join a friendly team delivering high-quality home care. You will work across Kingswinford, Stourbridge and Halesowen areas, providing person-centred support and companionship to clients in their homes.

You will be supported with comprehensive training and development opportunities while enjoying a role with meaningful impact and regular shifts. DBS checks and references are conducted in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Kind, compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; full training provided

• Help with meal prep, preparation, and nutrition
• Support with medications, prescriptions and safe disposal
