Job summary

Home Instead in Dronfield is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our local team. You will provide personal care, home help, companionship, and medication support, building trusted relationships with clients in their homes.

Whether you're experienced or starting out, we offer full training and ongoing support, flexible part-time hours, and a friendly team. Applicants must have a full driving license and access to their own vehicle; DBS disclosure is typically required.

• £14.00 - £14.75 per hour or £14.50 - £15.25 per hour if you hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification at level 2 or above with experience.

As a Care Professional you will be assisting with Personal Care, Home Help, Companionship and Medication Support at different times of the day. We offer shadowing and ongoing help to develop your skills.

You will need to be trustworthy, reliable and respectful. You will enjoy building professional relationships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
